Winners will be selected by Honey Monster and a panel of independent judges on the basis of the entries which, in the opinion of the judges, are the most apt, original and fun. The judges' decision is final. 6. Winners only will be notified by telephone within 28 working days of the competition closing date. 7. If the winner does not respond within 28 working days, the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize. 8.
